Main Responsibilities

As a Business Development Manager (Accounting), you are responsible for ensuring the achievement and continued growth of any channel’s sales and profit objectives to support the company's proprietary accounting software.

  • Focus on driving early and significant growth in the accounting software system for all business clients, managing the entire sales process from obtaining leads from our sales admin team to prospecting and onboarding.
  • Provide presales technical and functional support to prospective clients and customers, ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales KPIs as assigned by the company.
  • Research, identify, and prospect new business opportunities to build and expand the sales pipeline.
  • Submit sales reports to the management in a timely and orderly manner.
  • Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, or conferences on behalf of the company to promote Info-Tech Cloud Accounting solutions.
  • Target and influence new customers to use the Info-Tech range of products, particularly accounting solutions.
  • Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Possess at least a diploma in any field of study (accounting is preferred).
  • Applicants should come from an accounting background or possess experience working with accounting software.
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
  • At least 3 to 4 years of relevant experience is required for this position.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and network effectively.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel to regional hubs to support business growth.
  • Must possess personal transportation to meet clients on-site, if necessary.
