  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Vietnamese-speaking Content Moderator to review, assess, and moderate user-generated content to ensure it aligns with company policies and community guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, cultural awareness, and the ability to handle sensitive content with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and moderate content (text, images, videos) in Vietnamese to ensure compliance with platform policies.
  • Identify and remove inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content based on company guidelines.
  • Respond to user reports and escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Stay updated on Vietnamese cultural trends and language nuances to make informed moderation decisions.
  • Maintain accurate records of moderation actions and flagged content.
  • Work closely with internal teams to improve moderation workflows and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical content moderation standards.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Vietnamese (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Proficiency in English for internal communication.
  • Prior experience in content moderation, customer support, or a similar role is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, internet culture, and online safety regulations.
  • Ability to handle sensitive or explicit content with professionalism.
  • Proficiency in content moderation tools and platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Familiarity with content moderation laws and ethical considerations.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.

Pay: RM2,283.42 - RM4,455.62 per month
