  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Japanese-speaking Sales Advisor to support our sales efforts by engaging with Japanese-speaking clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to build relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with Japanese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat to promote products/services.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries effectively.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Japanese (speaking, reading, and writing).
  • Proficiency in English for internal communication.
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B or B2C sales.
  • Knowledge of Japanese business culture and market trends.
  • Previous experience in a sales role within the tech, retail, or finance industries.
