Admin Assistant
· To perform daily administrative and operation activities
· To perform account receivable billing & collection
· To perform tasks as receptionist for residence & tenants
· To maintain good filing and record system
· To provides secretarial support to property manager and MC
· To handle complaint & feedback from residents
· To liaise with other department, contractor, suppliers as well as authority
· Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
· Working area in Setapak
Job Requirement
· Candidates must possess at least SPM / STPM / Diploma in business administration or equivalent
· Organized, strong communication and good time management skills
· Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
· Proficient in Microsoft Office: Power Point, Word, and Excel
· Knowing of Mandarin will be an added advantage
· Must have experiences in administrative job
· Possess courtesy attitude and able to provide good customer service
