About the Role
As a Procurement Executive, you will be the backbone of our supply chain, ensuring that the right products are sourced at the best prices while maintaining quality and efficiency. You will oversee the end-to-end purchasing process, from supplier negotiations to inventory planning, working closely with operations and finance to keep everything running smoothly. If you love optimizing processes, finding cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring timely stock arrivals, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Procurement Processes – Maintain accurate purchasing records, including Purchase Orders (POs), Delivery Notes (DNs), and Invoices, ensuring seamless submission to Finance.
- Supplier & Inventory Management – Create, update, and manage supplier, service, and material master data in the purchasing system.
- Negotiation & Cost Optimization – Secure the best deals by negotiating quantities, pricing, delivery terms, and contractual agreements while identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Stock & Shipment Coordination – Monitor and coordinate stock arrivals, ensuring shipments are on schedule and meet operational requirements.
- Demand & Inventory Planning – Work closely with operations to forecast order requirements, plan inventory levels, and manage replenishments based on past trends and demand fluctuations.
- Quality & Compliance – Collaborate with suppliers to ensure stock meets quality standards, process claims for defective or incorrect items, and assess vendor performance.
- Project Cost Management – Ensure purchase cost targets are met while evaluating vendor performance for continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or higher in Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in purchasing or procurement, ideally in the F&B industry.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
