  • To do sourcing material, stationery, office expenses, souvenir and etc.
  • To issue Purchase Order, Work Order, Good Returned Note and Request for Payment.
  • To do supplier price comparison.
  • Sorting and key in supplier invoice into system.
  • To perform supplier/contractor analysis on yearly basis.
  • To perform monthly outstanding material and monthly admin cost request and record.
  • To perform yearly admin cost budget vs actual record.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, in any field or equivalent.
  • Required Skill(s): MS Office, Auto Count
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Good attitude, team player, self-motivated and able to meet deadline.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
