  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Floor Supervisor

Requirements:

1. At a minimum academic qualification of SPM.

2. Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Supervisory level in retails operations.

3. Computer literate and well-versed in MS Office software and POS application.

4. Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

5. Positive mindset, good working attitude, energetic self starter and a team player.

6. Experience in leading and coaching teammates with people management skills.

7. Able to work under pressure and work independently with minimal supervision.

8. Willing to work within retails hours, and weekends as well as on public holidays when required.

Working day:
Monday to Sunday (one rest day per week according to schedule).

Responsibilities:

1. To responsible for leading and managing the operation team to meet company policies and procedures.

2. To manage staff shift rotation and ensure sufficient manpower for daily operation.

3. To ensure all outlet operations in order of procedure such as customer payments, packaging, goods return, goods delivery, shelve restocking , stocks labelling and etc.

4. To perform daily briefing with operation team before Outlet open.

5. To perform daily Outlet closing protocol and check daily sales records & reporting.

6. To work closely with the warehouse department from time to time to ensure smooth transition of goods flow on daily Outlet Operation.

7. To ensure cleanliness of all areas, keeping storage areas clean and tidy.

8. To responsible for outlet security including fire and theft prevention, and comply with safety regulations.

9. To responsible for inventory check and audits to ensure accuracy of stock records.

10. To collect customer feedback and resolve complaints.

11. To resolve all operation issues and improve efficiency.

12. To maintain a good atmosphere in the outlet and ensure pleasant interactions with colleagues.

13. To report to superior for all operations issue and take prompt and necessary actions.

14. To complete tasks as assigned by superiors from time to time.
