1. Responsible for the supervision, direction and leadership of the entire operation of the Resort.

2. Assists in the development and implementation of the strategic plan to ensure an on-going optimum guest satisfaction, sales potential and profitability.

3. Oversees the development and implementation of Department strategies and ensures implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiatives meet the brand's target guest needs.

4. Ensures highest level of guest satisfaction by providing standard quality guest services and amenities.

5. Conduct weekly inspections and ensures physical facilities are kept in optimal condition by full implementation of preventive maintenance programs.

6. Responsible for the daily co-ordination with the other Departments and attend daily morning briefing and weekly Head of Department meeting to ensure effective communication of issues that may have direct or indirect impact on the operations.

7. Reviewing comment cards, guest satisfaction results and other data to identify areas of improvement. Reviewing findings from comment cards and guest satisfaction results with Head of Department and ensures appropriate corrective action is taken.

8. Walkabout the Resort on a regular basis speaking to staffs and guests to understand business needs and assess operational opportunities.

9. Reviewing reports and financial statements to determine Company’s operations performance against budget.

10. Participating in walk-throughs with Technical Service and Housekeeping Department to ensure guest rooms, public space and back of the house areas are well maintained and preventative maintenance processes are in place.

11. Monitor and develop team member performance to include, but not limited to, providing supervision, scheduling, conducting counseling and evaluations and delivering recognition and reward.

12. Meet and greet guests and respond to guest inquiries, requests and resolves guest issues and concerns in a timely, friendly and efficient

13. Ensure team members have current knowledge of Company’s products, services, facilities, events, pricing and policies and knowledge of the local area and events.

14. Any other task as may be delegated by the Management from time to time.
