1. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, networking, and referrals.
  • Develop and pitch advertising solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and potential clients.
  • Work with the internal team to prepare compelling proposals and presentations.

2. Client Relationship Management & Retention

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Understand clients’ business goals and provide suitable advertising solutions.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings to assess client satisfaction.
  • Handle client complaints and resolve issues effectively to maintain positive relationships.

3. Campaign Management & Coordination

  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and the agency.
  • Work closely with the creative and media teams to ensure campaign execution aligns with client expectations.
  • Ensure deadlines, budgets, and deliverables are met for each campaign.
  • Provide clients with progress reports and performance analytics.

4. Upselling & Cross-Selling

  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services such as digital marketing, branding, and media buying.
  • Recommend creative enhancements and media strategies to optimize campaign performance.
  • Educate clients on new trends and innovations in advertising.

5. Administration & Reporting

  • Prepare contracts, quotations, and invoices for clients.
  • Track and manage payments and collections from clients.
  • Maintain records of sales activities, client communications, and campaign details.
  • Generate regular sales reports and provide insights to management.

6. Networking & Industry Engagement

  • Attend industry events, networking sessions, and trade shows to expand professional connections.
  • Stay updated with advertising trends, digital marketing strategies, and competitors’ activities.

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM8,984.08 per month
