ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATOR
Job description:
- - at least 1 year experience in account
- maintain day to day book keeping, administrative, secretarial and personnel
- issuing delivery order and invoice using Autocount Accounting System
- update dealers payment record to accounting system
- perform and monitor task and process related to account receivable (AR) & account payable (AP)
- responsible to issue invoice, receipt monitoring & reconcile trade receivable account
- have a strong personality and good negotiation skills
- attending walk in customer
- posting online sales & marketing advertising
- take nice photo for advertising
- maintaining online customer service
- - Doing marketing on Shopee, Lazada, Facebook and Instagram
- - Advantage for those who is fast learner and willing to learn
- - Always have a better idea on how to make company improvement and suggesting if there is any need to improve
- Age: 25 - 40 years
