  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities:

- Accurately input and process customer orders

- Collaborate with warehouse & production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment

- Oversee smooth delivery logistics and customer satisfaction

- Manage Certificates of Analysis (COA) requests with the lab team

-Handle returns, inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally

- Keep customer pricing information updated and organized

-Assist with stock-taking and inventory reconciliation

- Generate reports and track order statuses

- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed

What You Need:

-Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Marketing, or Business Studies (or equivalent)

- At least 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry

-Proficiency in English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia

- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Experience with Autocount accounting system is a plus

- Excellent planning, time management, and multitasking abilities

-Strong written & verbal communication skills

Salary: RM4500 and above
