Job Responsibilities
· Responsible for the day-to-day administrative function to support Superior.
· Ensure that all project information is appropriately, documented and secured; filing for inspection, material approval, concrete test.
· Manage all correspondence and drawings.
· Handling duties such as data entry, sorting invoices, filing, scanning, photocopy and doing paperwork as requested by your superior.
· Assist to prepare progress report, correspondence and meeting.
· To update general worker and machinery on site dairy/daily record.
· Perform any other duties that maybe assigned by Superior or the Management from time to time as deemed necessary.
Job Requirements
· SPM or Certificate in any related field.
· Preferably got at least 1 year of experience in construction site administration work.
· Good personality and communication skills.
· Computer literate, good in Ms Excel and Ms Word.
· Fresh graduate/school leavers are encouraged to apply as well.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
