Job Description
- Performs advanced, diversified and confidential administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge
- Manage director’s calendars and set up meetings and departmental communication session
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
- Take minutes during meetings
- Resolves routine and complex inquiries.
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
- Minimum diploma/specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Comfortable handling confidential information.
- Previous experience in MNC as Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365(word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams Meeting Or Zoom)
- Employment: Yearly Renewable Contract
- Salary Range: RM 3000 - RM 5000
- Work Hour: Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
