Job Description

  • Performs advanced, diversified and confidential administrative duties requiring broad and comprehensive experience, skill and knowledge
  • Manage director’s calendars and set up meetings and departmental communication session
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
  • Take minutes during meetings
  • Resolves routine and complex inquiries.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Minimum diploma/specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Comfortable handling confidential information.
  • Previous experience in MNC as Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365(word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams Meeting Or Zoom)
  • Employment: Yearly Renewable Contract
  • Salary Range: RM 3000 - RM 5000
  • Work Hour: Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
