  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Description :

  • Identifying and researching potential clients, markets, and business opportunities.
  • Cultivating and nurturing relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and services as solutions.
  • Engaging in negotiation processes to finalize terms, pricing, and contractual agreements with clients, ensuring a win-win situation.
  • Conducting market research to stay informed about rental market, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Maintaining ongoing communication with existing clients to identify upselling or cross selling opportunities and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status and forecasts to management, contributing to strategic decision-making.
  • Effectively closing deals and achieving sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the company.
  • Such other scope as may be determined by the Employer from time to time.

Job Requirements :

  • STPM / Diploma in Business/ Communications or any related field.
  • Required language(s): English and Mandarin
  • Candidates fluent in Mandarin is added advantage as role requires to communicate with Mandarin speaking client.
  • Independent, self-motivated and good critical thinking skills.
