We’re Hiring: Freelance Event Coordinators (On-Site)
We are looking for three (3) Freelance Event Coordinators to join our team on a project basis. If you have a passion for event coordination, excellent organizational skills, and thrive in dynamic environments, we’d love to hear from you!
Requirements:
- Own a laptop for work-related tasks
- Reliable transportation for on-site assignments
- Proficiency in English (written & spoken)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing event needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing events from start to finish
- Manage logistics, ensuring seamless event operations
- Prepare and coordinate event materials
- Draft event-related communications (invitations, reminders, schedules, etc.)
- Support social media updates and promotional activities
- Perform administrative tasks related to event coordination
- Provide on-site event support
Job Details:
Working Hours: Based on project/event requirements (Typical schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
Work Location: On-site (Main Office & Event Venues)
Payment:
- RM80/day (Main Office-based work)
- RM100/day (Event Venue-based work)
Project Duration: 17th February 2025 to 7th March 2025
This is a freelance, project-based role with no long-term employment obligation. In accordance with Malaysian freelance and casual employment regulations, payment will be made per completed workday.
