We are a fast-growing custom gift printing company that specializes in personalized merchandise and wedding doorgifts. With a rapidly expanding team, we are looking for a skilled HR Manager to help streamline our hiring process, improve employee retention, and build a strong company culture.

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate must be proactive, people-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment and retention strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Experience in a small business or startup setting is a plus
  • Handle daily administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and correspondence and perform any duties assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 1 year of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment and retention strategies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of integrity, responsibility, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Experience in a small business or startup setting is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
