Job Description: We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate must be proactive, people-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and retention strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in a small business or startup setting is a plus
- Handle daily administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and correspondence and perform any duties assigned by management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and retention strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general office software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in a small business or startup setting is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
