Admin/Account Assistant
1. The Duties
Your duties will include but not limited to the following duties, inter alia:
1.1) To maintain a proper filing system as per the head office guidelines;
1.2) To maintain proper recording of stock and inventory;
1.3) To ensure the availability of all forms and documents as prescribed by the Company operation system and ensure proper documentation of the same at all times;
1.4) To check and process goods / works order before submitting for certification by the Building Manager;
1.5) To ensure the maintenance office is kept clean and tidy at all times;
1.6) To attend to tenants’ complaints and to answer all enquiries professionally and tactfully;
1.7) To monitor monthly, delinquent accounts, bad debts and to review systems to minimise debts and maximise collections.
1.8) To keep proper record on payments received from the tenants, letters, etc.;
1.9) To be responsible for proper book-keeping and management of accounts receivables.
1.10) To maintain, control and reconcile:
I) Petty Cash
II) Accounts receivable
1.11) To be responsible in Accounts Receivable at Site (Non-Head Office)
1.12) To be responsible in Accounts Receivable at Site (Non-Head Office)
1.13) To assist the external auditors in obtaining details and supporting evidence for auditing of the accounts.
1.14) To implement basic accounting controls.
1.15) To ensure that all financial policies and rulings of the Company are implemented and adhered to.
1.16) To be responsible for all cash, cheque and issuance of official receipts;
Should the cash be found missing whether in transit or otherwise and you are the person held responsible for the missing cash after an investigation, then you will be called upon to make good for the loss of the cash.
In the case of cheques, where there are additional charges to be incurred by the owner of the cheque by way of bank charges you will have to bear for such charges.
1.17) To create a good public image of the Company and the Clients
Note. The above is only an outline of some of your duties. You may be assigned other duties as the Building Manager and/or its assigned Officer deems fit. Accordingly, your duties may vary from time to time for which instructions will be issued..* The Duties*

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
