Bhd. is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented R&D Intern to support the development of our brands, OilyPod (essential oils, skincare, & body care) and WooS (aromatherapy inhalers for smoking & vaping cessation). What You’ll Do:

Product Research & Development

  • Conduct research on essential oils, formulations, and product safety.
  • Support product testing, stability studies, and efficacy analysis.

Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Track industry trends and innovations in aromatherapy and wellness.
  • Analyze competitors’ products, formulations, and packaging.

Quality & Compliance Research

  • Assist in regulatory research (NPRA, Halal certification, safety compliance).
  • Identify sustainable packaging materials and product improvements.

Reporting & Innovation

  • Prepare research reports and present findings to the team.
  • Contribute ideas for new product development and process improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

Education: Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in:

  • Chemistry / Cosmetic Science
  • Pharmaceutical Science / Biomedical Science
  • Biotechnology
  • Materials Science / Engineering

Skills & Requirements:
Passion for product research, wellness, and aromatherapy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Detail-oriented with good documentation and reporting skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Bonus Points If You Have:

AutoCAD 2D & 3D design knowledge
Knowledge of essential oils, natural ingredients, or formulations
Experience in lab work or product testing
