  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Handle employee queries and assist in conflict resolution.

Accounting Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable.
  • Support bookkeeping and financial data entry.
  • Help in preparing financial reports, invoices, and statements.
  • Assist in budget tracking and expense management.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
  • Support audits and tax filing processes.
