Key Responsibilities
- Assist in organizing and maintaining office files, records, and documentation.
- Support daily administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and preparing reports.
- Manage correspondence (emails, phone calls, and memos) and respond to inquiries.
- Coordinate and assist in internal meetings.
- Help with inventory and procurement of office supplies.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willing to work at Medan Kidd (Address: Bus Station Ipoh, Jalan Tun Abdul Razak, 30100 Ipoh, Perak.)
