Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in organizing and maintaining office files, records, and documentation.
  • Support daily administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, and preparing reports.
  • Manage correspondence (emails, phone calls, and memos) and respond to inquiries.
  • Coordinate and assist in internal meetings.
  • Help with inventory and procurement of office supplies.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Willing to work at Medan Kidd (Address: Bus Station Ipoh, Jalan Tun Abdul Razak, 30100 Ipoh, Perak.)
