Position: Outbound Sales Development

Location: Remote (Malaysia-based)

We are looking for a Business Development Coordinator with expert-level English skills to join our team and drive our growth by building strong connections with property managers and other key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, identify, and connect with potential clients, to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-up emails to introduce the company’s services and build long-term relationships.
  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients, ensuring a professional and engaging interaction.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for client acquisition.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system and provide regular progress reports.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth opportunities.
  • Assist in creating tailored proposals, presentations, and follow-up materials for prospective clients.

Qualifications:

  • Expert-level English proficiency with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (or equivalent tools).
  • A proactive, results-driven attitude with a focus on exceeding targets.
