Responsibilities:

  • Respond to tenant and client inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
  • Handle basic maintenance tasks, repairs, and troubleshooting for rental units. Coordinate with contractors and suppliers for more complex repair jobs.
  • Conduct regular inspections of managed properties to ensure quality and safety.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance work and customer interactions.
  • Assist with move-in and move-out inspections, ensuring units are in good condition.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in property management, maintenance, or customer service is a plus. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.). Basic knowledge of building maintenance and safety regulations.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

  • Willingness to travel within Kuala Lumpur for service calls.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
