RESPONSIBILITIES & DELIVERABLES:
· To ensure all fee collections from students / parents is banked into the designated bank account.
· To collect student cards, stamp date the cards and ascertain fee payments are up to-date.
· To attend and address all enquiries from students and parents.
· To maintain a comprehensive database of each student in the Center and to update the database every quarter to capture the details of new enrolments.
· To record accurately and submit to HQ the monthly attendance report of teachers and teaching hours at the Center.
· To ensure that a response is furnished to all enquiries from HQ.
· To ensure the Centre premises are maintained in a clean and hygienic condition at all times.
· To ensure office/stationery and teaching supplies including teaching aids are available at all times and class rooms are set-up effectively before tutorial sessions start.
· To ensure all facilities including furniture, teaching aids, electrical equipment and other essential/basic infrastructure are in working condition at all times and to report to the designated authority in HQ if any of items is in need of replacement or repair.
· To assist in all marketing initiatives/activities planned for the Center.
· To attend and participate actively in any meeting(s) scheduled/ organized by the Management.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education SPM, Certificates, Diploma in Administration
Experience · Candidates must possess at least SPM, Certificates, Diploma or a minimum of 1 year experience in related field.
KSA's (Knowledge,Skills & Ability)
Ability to communicate effectively.
Possess basic marketing skills to facilitate the closure of deals relating to student enrollments.
Basic computer skills in word processing and spread sheets.
Able to work with minimum supervision.
Must possess positive attitude towards work.
Reliable, dependable and trustworthy.
Diplomatic and have the passion in serving customers (parent/student).
Job Types: Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
