  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Assist in providing technical support to clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems.
  • Solution Implementation: Support the implementation of IT solutions tailored to client needs, including setup, configuration, and integration of systems.
  • System Maintenance: Help in the maintenance and monitoring of client systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining documentation for technical procedures, configurations, and client support activities.
  • Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their technical needs and provide appropriate solutions and support.
  • Project Assistance: Contribute to various IT projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.
  • Learning and Development: Stay updated with the latest technology trends and tools. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of IT systems, networks, and software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with video conferencing tools, Microsoft 365, and Zoom.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of motivation and a willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous internship or experience in IT support or technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
