Bintara Solutions Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operation Assistant Intern to join our team. This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various operational and administrative tasks, providing support to ensure the smooth operation of our business. The ideal candidate will assist in logistics, documentation, and other operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Logistics Support: Assist in managing logistics, including sending and collecting documents, goods, and other items as required.
  • Driving Duties: Occasionally drive the Managing Director and family to various locations, ensuring safety and punctuality. Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of the vehicle.
  • Documentation Handling: Support in handling documentation at banks, company secretary offices, and for customers. Ensure accurate and timely processing of all documents.
  • Inventory Management: Help with inventory tracking, ensuring accurate records of goods received and dispatched from the warehouse.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service when delivering goods and documents to customers. Address any queries or concerns professionally.
  • Travel Coordination: Assist in coordinating travel plans and arrangements for the Managing Director and other staff members as needed.
  • Special Projects: Contribute to special projects and operational tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager or other senior staff members.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a certificate/diploma/degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of motivation, discipline, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Non-smoker and non-vaper.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous internship or experience in an operational or administrative role.
  • Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
