  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

Health Consultation:

  • Provide professional advice and guidance to clients regarding health, wellness, and lifestyle choices.
  • Conduct individual assessments to understand the health needs of clients and recommend appropriate measures.
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding products, services, or promotions.
  • Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues in a positive, solution-oriented manner.

Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the products or services offered.
  • Stay up-to-date with new product arrivals, product features, and promotions.
  • Advise customers on product specifications, benefits, and prices.

Sales Support:

  • Assist in processing sales transactions, including cash, card, or mobile payments.
  • Ensure products are displayed neatly and attractively in the store.
  • Restock merchandise on shelves, ensuring the store is well-organized and presentable.
  • Assist in managing stock levels and inventory by conducting regular stock counts and reports.

Store Maintenance:

  • Ensure the store environment is clean, organized, and safe for both customers and staff.
  • Handle store opening and closing duties, including setting up displays and securing merchandise.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in health sciences, public health, nutrition, nursing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare-related role, such as nursing, health promotion, or counseling, is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Good communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions and stock counts.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
