  • Sales Team Support: Assist the Head of Department (HOD) in supervising the sales team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance with organizational policies. Provide guidance and motivation to achieve sales goals.
  • Budget Contribution: Support the preparation of the annual budget, collaborating with Top Management to ensure alignment with financial goals.
  • Collections and Accounts Receivable: Oversee the collection process to ensure timely payments from customers, minimizing the risk of bad debts.
  • Document Collection for Credit Terms: Coordinate with customers for necessary documentation when credit terms are requested and follow up to ensure timely submission.
  • Assisting in Collection Activities: Facilitate cheque collections from customers in the absence of a dispatch team or when urgency is required, ensuring a smooth process.
  • Collaboration with Production: Work closely with the Production team to ensure product quality, address customer complaints, and manage product planning, work-in-progress (WIP), and raw material availability. Ensure timely and quality product deliveries.
  • Compliance with Customer Requirements: Ensure that all customer-required certifications and licenses (e.g., CEPT) are obtained and maintained as needed.
