Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records in accordance with accounting standards and company’s SOP
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Communicate with business requester and vendors to resolve any issues related to payments or invoices
  • Manage the accounts payable email inbox and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable, including reconciliations and accruals
  • Monitor accounts payable aging reports and ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices and ensure all open / overdue items (accruals, standing advance payments, etc.) are being attended to and resolved in a timely manner
  • Prepare all invoices for appropriate documentation and execute payment runs in accordance with Company policy
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts payable
  • Provide support for other accounting and finance functions or any ad-hoc tasks

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
