Roles & Responsibilities:

  • To ensure the weight accuracy and delivery order as required and stated in the agreement.
  • The reasonableness working will ensure the package, rate and weight are charged accordingly to customers.
  • To process and generate the billing as per agreement or PO as per required statement
  • To track and ensure monthly billing to customers are delivered and reached customers via email or courier as stated in the Finance guideline.
  • To ensure all invoices and the supporting documents are retained and maintained and uploaded into the system for tracking.
  • To collate and ensure to maintain record on Customer Creation Form for new and existing customers on changes of address and names
  • To identify classification of trade and non-trade customers for the use of external audit report.
  • To assist in Accounts Receivable Reconciliation for Interco
  • To assist in report for SST Tax and AR audit walkthrough as required by team lead for internal and external requirement .

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
