  • Personal Assistant Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain the Managing Director's calendar, schedule meetings, and appointments.
  • Organize and confirm travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Filter and prioritize emails, responding to routine inquiries.
  • Draft and proofread emails, presentations, and documents as needed.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other external parties as needed.
  • Help track and follow up on various personal or business projects to ensure timely completion.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
