ACCOUNTS CLERK
Accounts Clerk
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Clerk to join our team! If you have a knack for numbers, enjoy working with financial records, and have strong organizational skills, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and organize documents for data entry.
Process daily financial transactions, including account maintenance and recording entries in accounting software & warehouse systems in a timely manner.
Assist in administrative tasks related to accounts.
Maintain neat and organized filing of all account documents.
Provide general accounting support as needed.
Perform any ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the superior.
Requirements:
- Education: SPM, LCCI, Diploma, or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply – training will be provided!
- Prior working experience in accounting is an added advantage
- Computer literacy is a must – familiarity with Microsoft Office & AutoCount is preferred.

Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
