Responsibility
- Daily order process
- Reply customer live chat promptly
- Update/Refresh product listing and price listing
- Provide administrative support to the team (order processing, customer service, data entry, data analysis, invoicing and billing)
- Supporting the warehouse team (order receiving, stock checking)
- Assist in conceptualizing and carrying out a simplification of processes within the sales team
- Other duties assigned by team leader.
- Able to undertake the ad-hoc
Job Requirements
- Basic Communication in English & BM, Mandarin would be an added advantage.
- Responsible and Patience
- With or Without Working Experience is fine
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply. On job training will be provided.
- Possess high sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Organised and self-motivated.
- Meticulous, patience and good with numbers
- Job location in One City, Subang
