1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and meetings.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.

2. Market Research & Analysis:

4. Travel & On-Site Visits:
- Travel regularly across Malaysia to meet clients, prospects, and attend business meetings or networking events.

5. Reporting & Feedback:
- Provide regular updates to management regarding business opportunities, market feedback, and competitor activities.
- Submit weekly or monthly reports on sales, meetings, and business development activities.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably with a focus on B2B.
- Skills: Verbal and written communication skills in Malays, Mandarin and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and networking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Own transport (car) and a valid driving license is mandatory.
- Ability to travel frequently within Malaysia.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required, including weekends or evenings.
