  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Develop and implement project execution plans, covering scope, schedules, cost estimates, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with planners to monitor and ensure projects remain on schedule or ahead of deadlines.
  • Lead project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring effective communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, and providing regular updates on project progress.
  • Oversee project budgets and expenditures, implementing strategies for cost savings and ensuring financial accountability.
  • Ensure timely submission of progress claims and follow up on payment processing with the accounts department.
  • Identify and assess project risks, implementing strategies to mitigate potential disruptions and ensure continuity.

  • Establish and enforce quality standards and procedures, conducting inspections and submitting QAQC reports promptly.
  • Ensure adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
  • Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols on-site, ensuring that all workers follow safety procedures and that a safe work environment is maintained, reducing risks of accidents and injuries.
  • Maintain a high level of safety throughout the execution of assigned tasks and strictly adhere to the HSE policy.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, reports, correspondence, and site diaries.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed project status and performance reports to senior management and stakeholders by the 5th of each month.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), Primavera, Microsoft Project.
  • Position to be based in Kuching, Sarawak.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
