Job Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day administration operations of the company;
- Review and improve administrative procedures & processes;
- Managing internal and external correspondence efficiently and effectively
- Prepare and manage administrative documents such as meeting agendas, minutes, reports, and correspondence.
- Execute tasks and projects assigned by the supervisor accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure clear communication and timely updates on task progress or completion.
Requirement
- Degree/ Diploma /Certificate in any fields.
- Proven experience in administrative management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibility.
