  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Location: KL Sentral, KL

Basic Salary:* starting RM 1,800 *

Job Types: 1-year contract (renewable)

Working Days/Hours: 5 days work, 2 rotational shift up to 9PM

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum Diploma in any field.
  • At least 6 months experience in customer service industry.
  • Degree fresh graduate are welcome to apply
  • Good communication and written skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Able to start immediately.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Professionally interact with customers via voice (end to end handling of calls) as part of inbound and outbound functions to provide information and assistance.
  • Escalated complaints or requests via Service Requests & Trouble Tickets.
  • Cross-sell all products and services including all upgrades for product & packages.
  • Spin-gating attempt for customers who request to downgrade their packs.
  • Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
  • Undertake any other duties as-and-when assigned by the Management.
  • You will be accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and team goals.

Job Types: Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
