Job Responsibilities

  • Experience in CNC milling or turning.
  • Maintained production schedules and supervised production in the allocated lines.
  • Ensure production's quality and safety standards are complied with requirements and standards.
  • Provide timely production and other performance-related reports to the superior as required.
  • Responsible to supervise and lead a team of operators
  • Monitor and ensure production output meets the targets regarding quality, quantity and cost levels.
  • Enforce discipline, safety and good housekeeping practices on the production floor.
  • Knowledge of CNC machining skills including programming and machine maintenance.
  • Responsible for the improvement of processes to ensure overall effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Perform machine tool change according to cutting layout and tool life.
  • Responsible for the quality of outgoing machines and troubleshooting, integrating and performing final checkout and assisting in machine buy-off.
  • Identify and perform maintenance work, troubleshooting and machine fault analysis.
  • To carry out any other jobs as assigned by the superior from time to time.
  • Preferable expert in milling, grooving and threading knowledge. Programming (X, Y & Z axis)
  • Calculation (Radius, Chamfer & Thread Cycle, etc.)
  • Selection and setting of the suitable collet, tooling, insert, etc.
  • Basic MasterCam / Cimatron / HyperMill knowledge.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM, Professional Certificate, Advanced/Higher/Graduate, Diploma or Degree in any field. (preferably Mechanical Eng.)
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
  • Required Skill(s): CNC machining skill (G-code, tooling, maintenance, etc.), GD&T knowledge (Able to read simple drawings, perform measuring, etc); Lean Manufacturing Principle; ISO knowledge is an advantage.
