Your Responsibilities:

1. E-Commerce Strategy & Platform Management

  • Oversee daily operations of key e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, TikTok and other regional online marketplaces.
  • Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth and enhance brand visibility.
  • Plan and execute digital ad campaigns, ensuring optimized spending and high return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Manage and facilitate live-stream shopping events to boost engagement and conversions.
  • Continuously track and analyze key performance metrics (sales, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, etc.) to refine strategies and improve user experience.

2. Product Listings & Merchandising

  • Ensure all product listings are high-quality, SEO-optimized, and include compelling descriptions, high-resolution images, and accurate specifications.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product bundling, and category merchandising to maximize visibility and sales.
  • Conduct A/B testing and data-driven analysis to enhance product performance and conversion rates.

3. Influencer Collaboration & Management

  • Assist in setting performance goals and target plans for influencers conducting live-selling sessions.
  • Monitor and evaluate influencer campaigns, tracking key metrics such as engagement, conversions, and sales impact.

4. Customer Experience & Inventory Coordination

  • Work closely with the customer service team to handle inquiries, complaints, and returns, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with logistics and inventory teams to manage stock levels, optimize fulfillment processes, and ensure timely order delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in e-commerce, particularly in a retail or consumer goods environment.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce tools, CRM systems, Google Analytics, and digital marketing platforms (SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc.).
  • Expertise in managing and optimizing online sales campaigns across various digital channels.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Proven ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights to shape strategies.
  • Goal-oriented, able to perform in high-pressure environments while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in English and able to converse in Mandarin.
  • Experience in managing regional or international markets, particularly in SEAs (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia)
