  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB SCOPE:

  • Ensure proper building electrical maintenance and compliance with Energy Commission requirements.
  • Maintain regular communication with owners/tenants, contractors, vendors, and maintenance personnel regarding contract requirements and daily operational activities.
  • Perform a test run on the stand-by generator set and keep a record of the checklist to meet with regulatory requirements.
  • To be available to respond to emergencies even after his authorized working hours if necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission) Chargeman A4 Certificate.
  • At least three years of experience in facilities management or building operations, including understanding of maintenance and services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
