What we are looking for:

1. Design and lead group fitness classes with different modalities (e.g., strength training, HIIT, martial arts, cycling, or other specialized workouts) that accommodate various fitness levels.

2. Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants, ensuring they feel supported.

3. Foster awareness and promote interest in brand within local areas and communities, outside of gym activities.

4. Demonstrate correct form and technique for exercises and ensure participants maintain proper form to avoid injury.

5. Adapt exercises to accommodate members of all fitness levels and those with specific needs or injuries.

6. Build relationships with members, learning their names, goals, and fitness levels to provide a personalized group experience.

7. Keep energy high throughout the class, using motivation, music, and engagement to ensure a positive atmosphere.

8. Regularly assess and adjust workouts to meet evolving trends and individual needs of participants.

9. Ensure proper setup, use, and care of fitness equipment, and clean the workout space and equipment before and after each class.

10. Promote health and wellness by educating members on fitness, exercise, and nutrition.

11. Foster a sense of community among class participants, building strong relationships and promoting retention.

12. Collaborate with other trainers and fitness staff to improve program offerings and member experience.

13. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the fitness area before and after each class.

14. Demonstrate exercises and lead workouts that require physical stamina and strength.

15. Lift or move gym equipment (weights, kettlebells, bikes, etc.).

16. Teaching high-energy classes for extended periods (up to an hour or more).
