We are looking for an Assistant Accountant / Account Executive to join us in Johor Bahru.
We are the Johor Bahru branch of an overseas accounting firm providing a broad range of professional services including accounting, financial reporting, taxation, company incorporation, secretarial service and business consultation. Responsibilities
Bank reconciliation.
Accounts allocation and general journals.
Assistance in Preparation of GST returns for our clients.
Preparation of payroll for our clients.
Assistance in Preparation of Profit and Loss Statement and Balance Sheet.
Preparation of various accounting reports for management.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
One (1) year of work experience (accounting firm experience preferred). Fresh university graduates with good marks are also encouraged to apply for this position.
Degree or diploma in Accountancy.
Hard working, Desire to learn, proactive, meticulous and is a team player.
Good command of English (both written and spoken).
Able to work independently and under stress.
Candidates are required to submit a Cover Letter together with Resume.
