Job Summary:

As a Business Development Associate at Maschain, you will play a crucial role in two key areas: bolstering the Maschain blockchain ecosystem through both institutional and governmental projects. This role demands a forward-thinking individual with a solid background in blockchain technology, investment tactics, and the development of meaningful partnerships. Your mission will be to spearhead innovation, attract funding, and elevate Maschain's profile and adoption within the marketplace.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Business Development: Lead initiatives to engage with businesses, governmental entities, and industry players to forge substantial partnerships.
  • Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with exchanges, institutional partners, startups, and government organizations, aiming to boost Maschain's visibility, adoption, and standing in the market.
  • Investment and Funding: Seek out, assess, and secure funding and investment opportunities to fuel the growth and innovative efforts within the Maschain ecosystem.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market shifts, and regulatory updates to adjust strategies effectively and seize growth opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in business development, investment management, or strategic partnerships, preferably within the technology sector.
  • A proven history of impactful business development, sales achievements, and fostering successful partnerships.
  • Knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, IEO processes, and the regulatory landscape is an asset but not mandatory.
  • Outstanding strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication capabilities.
  • The ability to conduct complex negotiations and develop lasting relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
