  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical Expert to join our team in Johor Bahru, responsible for the installation, servicing, and technical support of our product, Intrix One Tap water purification system. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries, issues, and escalations from internal teams and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct installation and maintenance services of Intrix One Tap at customer premises.
  • Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve complex issues and challenges.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and escalations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and resolution of technical issues.
  • Attend sales order installations and maintenance work as required.
  • Travel to customer sites as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM qualification or above with 2 or 3 years of technical experience in fields such as electrical, ground work, and plumbing.
  • Proven track record of providing expert-level technical support and guidance.
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Willingness to travel, including compulsory training at Kota Damansara, Selangor, for 2 weeks upon employment.
