Junior Accountant, General Administrator, and Sales Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant, General Administrator, and Sales Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the Assistant Accounting Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of accounting, administrative, and sales-related tasks, including payroll computation, preparation of quotations, and associated duties. Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Duties:
- Prepare and process journal entries, invoices, and payments.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Conduct account reconciliations and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Assist in budget preparation and cost monitoring.
- Handle tax filings and compliance with local financial regulations.
General Administration:
- Manage office supplies and maintain organized records.
- Support payroll computation and ensure timely salary payments.
- Handle employee expense claims and reimbursements.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
Sales Administration:
- Prepare accurate and timely quotations for customers.
- Liaise with the sales team to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Maintain records of quotations and follow up with clients on approvals.
- Support the preparation of contracts and order processing.
- Assist in maintaining customer databases and updating sales reports.
HR and Payroll:
- Maintain employee attendance records and assist with leave management.
- Compute and verify payroll data, including overtime and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in accounting, sales administration, or general administration (entry-level candidates with internships or relevant training will be considered).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in payroll computation and HR processes is a plus.
- Knowledge of tax filing procedures and regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with quotation preparation and CRM tools.

- Salary Range: 3,500RM-5,000RM (commensurate with experience)
