Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Accountant, General Administrator, and Sales Administrator to join our team. Reporting to the Assistant Accounting Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of accounting, administrative, and sales-related tasks, including payroll computation, preparation of quotations, and associated duties. Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Duties:

  • Prepare and process journal entries, invoices, and payments.
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
  • Conduct account reconciliations and ensure accurate bookkeeping.
  • Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Assist in budget preparation and cost monitoring.
  • Handle tax filings and compliance with local financial regulations.

General Administration:

  • Manage office supplies and maintain organized records.
  • Support payroll computation and ensure timely salary payments.
  • Handle employee expense claims and reimbursements.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.

Sales Administration:

  • Prepare accurate and timely quotations for customers.
  • Liaise with the sales team to ensure customer requirements are met.
  • Maintain records of quotations and follow up with clients on approvals.
  • Support the preparation of contracts and order processing.
  • Assist in maintaining customer databases and updating sales reports.

HR and Payroll:

  • Maintain employee attendance records and assist with leave management.
  • Compute and verify payroll data, including overtime and deductions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in accounting, sales administration, or general administration (entry-level candidates with internships or relevant training will be considered).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in payroll computation and HR processes is a plus.
  • Knowledge of tax filing procedures and regulatory compliance.
  • Familiarity with quotation preparation and CRM tools.

  • Working Hours: 9:00-18:00
  • Salary Range: 3,500RM-5,000RM (commensurate with experience)
