Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for banquet and event sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, and event organizers.
- Promote and sell banquet packages for weddings, corporate meetings, private functions, and social events.
- Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and presentations to potential clients.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Work closely with the banquet and operations team to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to develop competitive sales strategies.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle client inquiries professionally.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in banquet/event sales or hospitality sales.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for sales with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet sales targets, and handle multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales CRM systems.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as needed.
