SALES AND TRUCKING MANAGER
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company revenue targets.
Forecast and set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Identify new market opportunities and customer segments for business growth.
2. Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
Provide coaching, mentorship, and regular feedback to improve team performance.
Conduct regular sales training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Serve as a key contact for high-value clients and resolve customer issues promptly.
Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty by delivering excellent service and support.
4. Market & Competitor Analysis:
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify risks and opportunities.
Adjust sales tactics and pricing strategies based on market conditions and feedback.
5. Reporting & Performance Monitoring:
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, such as conversion rates and revenue growth.
Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management.
Make data-driven recommendations to optimize sales processes.
Qualifications:
1. Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
2. Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience in [specify industry, e.g., B2B sales, retail, technology] is preferred.
3. Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
4. Other Requirements:
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and sales events if necessary.
Knowledge of the latest sales trends and techniques.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
