How do i turn this on?

  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

INTERNSHIP DURATION: STARTING FROM FEBRUARY/MARCH 2025

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal especially in English.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage (both spoken and written.)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Able to join by February/March.
  • Please attach a copy of your internship application letter from your respective College/University.

Responsibilities:

  • Updating databases by inputting new employee contact information and employment details.
  • Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
  • Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
  • Removing job advertisements from job boards and social media platforms once vacancies have been filled.
  • Assisting in the planning of company events.
  • Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.
  • Coordinating new hire orientations.
  • Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
