Job Description :

An Account Manager reports to Account Director. This role is responsible for managing client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact, and ensuring client satisfaction. They coordinate and oversee the execution of marketing projects, collaborate with internal Marketing Strategist & Creative Teams to ensure results are met within timeframe and budget.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and communicate campaign performance and recommendations to clients through reports and presentations.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Client Acquisition and Onboarding:

  • Assist in identifying and attracting potential clients through research and networking efforts.
  • Support in showcasing the agency's expertise through case studies, client testimonials, and thought leadership content.
  • Collaborate with the Account Director in streamlining the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth transitions and setting clear expectations.

2. Outstanding Strategy & Service Delivery:

  • Work closely with the Account Director and Marketing Strategist Director in developing and executing innovative strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery by coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet client objectives.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, fostering relationships based on trust, communication, and transparency.

3. Results and ROl:

  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns and social media management, focusing on delivering tangible results and ROl for clients.
  • Collaborate with the Account Director in tracking and analyzing KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies.
  • Contribute insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis to drive continuous improvement.

4. Client Satisfaction and Retention:

  • Proactively gather client feedback and address concerns in a timely manner, working to continuously improve services and strengthen client relationships.
  • Support in implementing loyalty programs and incentives to enhance client retention and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Contribute to cultivating a sense of partnership with clients, ensuring the agency remains integral to their success.

5. Referrals and Advocacy:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to encourage advocacy and referrals within their networks.
  • Assist in leveraging client testimonials and success stories to attract new business and build credibility in the industry.

6. Continuous Innovation and Adaptation:

  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments, sharing insights with the team to drive innovation and adaptation.
  • Contribute ideas for refining service offerings and adapting strategies to meet evolving client needs and market demands

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
