Job Description

  • Manage and maintain project documentation.
  • Support site management in handling administrative duties on-site.
  • Assist in tracking project timelines and updates.
  • Ensure proper filing and organization of project records.
  • Maintain daily logs and site reports.
  • Record and maintain site personnel daily attendance, overtime and leave application.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM, STPM or Diploma in any field.
  • Required skills : Basic Microsoft Office skill.
  • Strong communication skill and able to work in a team.
  • Having at least 2 years working experience in construction administrative work will be added advantage.
  • Candidate with immediate availability or short notice will be preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Able to work at Penang.
  • For Malaysian only.
