Job Description
- Manage and maintain project documentation.
- Support site management in handling administrative duties on-site.
- Assist in tracking project timelines and updates.
- Ensure proper filing and organization of project records.
- Maintain daily logs and site reports.
- Record and maintain site personnel daily attendance, overtime and leave application.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least SPM, STPM or Diploma in any field.
- Required skills : Basic Microsoft Office skill.
- Strong communication skill and able to work in a team.
- Having at least 2 years working experience in construction administrative work will be added advantage.
- Candidate with immediate availability or short notice will be preferred.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Able to work at Penang.
- For Malaysian only.
