  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are looking for a Technician to join our team. The primary responsibility is to ensure that customers' swimming pools/ water feature are well-maintained and safe through regular maintenance, repairs of filtration systems, pumps, and equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of swimming pools (skimming debris, brushing pool walls, etc.).
  • Manage and monitor pool filtration systems, pumps, and related electronic systems.
  • Add necessary chemicals to maintain the water quality of the pool at safe and healthy levels.
  • Conduct minor repairs on pool equipment such as pumps, filtration systems, and other devices.
  • Install new filtration systems and pool equipment as required.
  • Advise customers on proper pool maintenance practices.
  • Report the status of maintenance and repairs to management or business owner.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve technical issues related to swimming pools.
  • Provide detailed reports for each completed task.
  • Update customers on the progress of ongoing work or repairs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM/ skills certificate in related fields (mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems).
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in swimming pool maintenance or a similar technical field.
  • Skills in using pool maintenance and repair tools, including filtration systems and pumps.
  • Basic knowledge of pool chemicals is an advantage.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to work outside regular office hours when needed.
  • Proactive, efficient, and capable of solving problems quickly and accurately.
